Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chairman

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and insights that can inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
- Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and providing timely updates to the Chairman.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve efficiency, collaborating with relevant departments to implement solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth opportunities, presenting findings to the Chairman.
- Assist in financial data analysis, budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning and resource allocation.
- Work closely with the Chairman and Executive Team in developing strategic plans and initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Assist in managing and tracking strategic projects, ensuring they are progressing according to schedule and within budget.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity by maintaining data quality standards and performing regular audits.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the Chairman for critical business decisions and risk analysis.
- Create visually appealing presentations to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years in business operations, data analysis or business analytics roles is preferred, preferably in the agro industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other data visualization software (eg: Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of business principles and operations, with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying analytical findings effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated, always seeking ways to add value and contribute to the organization’s success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Statistics or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
