Job Title: Officer – Distribution Sales

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for secondary sales target achievement.
2. Responsible for visibility and availability of company’s products at all outlets and ensure that products are perfectly placed in the stores.
3. Responsible for product quality and damage control in all customer touch points.
4. Oversee the activities and performance of the distribution channel and monitor their performance.
5. Responsible for outstanding management and follow the credit control mechanisms with adherence of financial discipline.
6. Prepare and submit sales reports to management in accurate and timely manner.
7. Responsible to analyze the market and plan the distribution channel to be added in related area with proper sales target assignment and achievement.
8. Build and promote solid, long-lasting client connections with distribution channels by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
9. To participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
10. Always act as role model for better performance and productivity.
11. Research regularly and provide realistic, thoughtful, and candid insights into relevant business matters.

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or related field.

Skills/Job Specification:

• Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in sales or distribution, preferably in the agro business or related industry.
• Knowledge of distribution and channel management strategies.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural products and agro business is desirable.
• Proficiency in using MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
