We strongly believe that clean, renewable energy holds the answer to a better planet. Technological advances in clean energy have led to a much lower environmental impact than conventional energy technologies. By investing in renewable energy in Nepal, we hope to contribute 900 megawatts to the country’s sustainability portfolio.
Upper Balephi Hydropower Project
The Upper Balephi Hydropower Project is a run-of-river (ROR) hydropower initiative situated along the Balephi River in the Sindhupalchowk district of Bagmati Province. The headworks and powerhouse are strategically positioned in Jugal Rural Municipality. With an installed capacity of 46.0 MW, the project aims to achieve this output by utilizing a design discharge of 11.78 m³/s.
